Finders Keepers Records operates a same day despatch policy on orders placed before 3pm (GMT) depending on availability. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days.
UK delivery times – orders should be received 3-4 days after dispatch.
Europe delivery times – orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 4-5 days after dispatch.
Rest of the world delivery times – orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 5-10 days after dispatch.
UK orders are posted standard Second Class delivery. Overseas orders are posted standard Airmail. Neither include tracking details.
PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail considers a UK package lost after 15 working days from shipping date. International packages are considered lost after 25 working days.

Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Finders Keepers Records unopened together with the original invoice. Finders Keepers Records will refund you the purchase price of the goods but not the postage costs unless we are at fault.
